Matt Reardon
Matt is a former lawyer who blogs, tweets, and podcasts about Effective Altruism. He stumbled on EA ideas in 2014 on Slate Star Codex while recovering from a bout of dogmatic libertarianism. He has always had an ideological brain, so you should discount his views accordingly.
Matt took the community to heart running his law school EA group and later by working for 80,000 Hours for three years.

Sarah Bluhm
Sarah has a background in Bioengineering and grew into Effective Altruism during her master's at Aalto University in Finland.
She went on to work on the Centre for Effective Altruism's university groups team, where she supported some of the EA groups we partner with now.
